Hope Restoration Ministries envision restoration of hope in our world and making disciples. This is propagated through empowering believers to become leaders in their ministerial areas (mission). As means to an end, Hope Mentorship Program endeavors to mentor believers into effective discipleship by cultivating Christ-like character, equipping them with knowledge of ministerial gifts and empowering believers with leadership skills essential for influential and productive living. HOPE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM LEVEL 1

Defining Mentoring:
"Mentoring is God's way to lift another toward their full potential." Dr. Waylon B. Moore.

Character Study:
Focusing on the life, upbringing and mentoring of Timothy.

Character & conduct development:
Cultivating a "salt and light" representation of Christ through believers.

The Biblical view to Understanding yourself:
Discovering and understanding who we are from a Biblical perspective.

"Leadership through discipleship a practical approach"

• Understanding and discovering spiritual gifts.
• Foundational/ Functional & Manifestation gifts.

• In view of Biblical converts aftercare.
• Purpose, Preparation, Process and Product.

• Government of twelve strategy.
• Win, Consolidate, Disciple and Send.

• Cell church leadership (how to develop healthy cell groups)
• Each cell is a building block of the church (a cell church is only as good as its cells).

• Preparation defined.
• To mellow and mature the character.
